“Grand old hotel with excellent staff. Though certain areas are showing there age the overall experience was wonderful. I personally love the detailed woodwork, marble and grand staircases. Room was large with a conformable bed. Staff were very helpful, thank you to Irvilla, Danial and Merza fir all you help and thoughtfulness. Breakfast was presented beautifully with plenty of options. Overall a great experience.”

“Nice roof top bar. Food was awful. Dont stay on the 7th Floor since you hear all the noise on the 8th floor - dragging of chairs, blender etc. I probably would stay somewhere else next time and just visit the rooftop bar for a drink. ”

“This is a hotel in a lovely setting but it’s dated. Clean and well maintained for the most part, just dated decor etc. Huge rooms. Comfy beds. Lovely gardens. Good pool. The service is incredibly slow and food very hit and miss. Staff are delightful just not dynamic! A useful daily drop off to the town/sights if you ask. Wifi works fine. Very close to the port and taxis are very cheap to get about. ”
